About our Presenters

Nancy Regenye

brings over 35 years of experience in the retirement living industry. Nancy has spent most of her career working at Kendal-Crosslands Communities as a Senior Sales Counselor working with prospects and family members to help them make the right choice for their retirement years. Nancy has served as a Board Member of the Marketing & PR Society for many years and also served on the board of her local senior center. Nancy has a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in health care administration from West Chester University.

Ric Myers

Brings more than 35 years of experience in the retirement living and hospitality industries with non-profit and for-profit organizations across the country. He brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, customer service, sales, marketing and real estate. Based on his personal experience with inner-city living, Ric created a “Living Small to Live Big” sales technique that helps people think about how they live in their space. He has presented this sales technique internationally, helping organizations think strategically about selling. Ric holds a bachelor’s degree in behavior science and business administration from Messiah College. In addition, he is a 2015 graduate of the LeadingAge National Leadership Academy.

Sharon Sparkes

Digital Storyteller at Garden Spot Communities who brings over 15 years of experience in multimedia design. She is dedicated to creative arts and social empowerment. Her role involves building meaningful connections, narrating compelling stories, optimizing search engine visibility, and innovatively resolving issues across digital platforms all aimed at celebrating life and its potential at every age. A Delaware native who found her second home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Sharon is a proud graduate of Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Illustration. 

Emily Weber-Wood

The communications manager for Living Branches in Montgomery County. In that role, she assists with marketing strategy, content development, and social media/digital marketing. She has nearly a decade of experience in digital and social media marketing in the agency and non-profit setting and enjoys digging into analytics to make data-driven marketing decisions. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in journalism and public relations.
